1. Scope of This Policy
This single Privacy Policy applies to the StickMe and PDF Toolkit mobile apps (together, the “Covered Apps”). References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the publisher of the Covered Apps.
The Covered Apps are designed to work locally on your device. We do not require an account and do not ask you to provide your name, phone number, email address, or other profile information within the apps.
2. Information We Collect and Process
The Covered Apps process content only when you choose to use the relevant feature:
- StickMe content: Photos you choose or capture to create a sticker, together with the stickers, sticker packs, text, emoji, and exported PNG files you create.
- PDF Toolkit content: PDF documents, images, text, signatures, and annotations that you choose to open, scan, create, convert, merge, compress, sign, edit, or share. PDF Toolkit may also store local file names, file details, recent-document records, favorites, and recent-action history so it can provide its document-management features.
- App settings: Preferences such as your selected language, theme, and other local app settings.
- Advertising and diagnostic data: If advertising or related services are present in a Covered App, those providers may collect or receive limited technical data as described in Section 6.
We do not intentionally upload the content you create, select, scan, or edit in either Covered App to our servers as part of the core app features.
3. How We Use Information
We use your content only to provide the feature you request. For example:
- StickMe can create, edit, save, and export stickers and sticker packs.
- PDF Toolkit can open, scan, create, convert, merge, compress, organize, search, sign, annotate, and share PDF documents.
- Both apps use local settings and records to remember your preferences and provide the requested experience.
4. Device Access and Permissions
The Covered Apps access device content only when you initiate a related feature:
- Camera: StickMe may request camera access when you choose to take a photo. PDF Toolkit’s document-scanning feature uses the system-provided scanner and may prompt for camera access when you start a scan.
- Photos, images, and documents: The apps use Android’s system picker or document selector when you choose files to import. They process only the items you select.
- Storage: The apps save content that you create or export to app-specific storage or to the location you choose through standard Android storage APIs.
You can manage permissions through your Android device settings. Declining optional access may prevent the related feature from working.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your stickers, sticker packs, PDFs, signatures, annotations, selected images, or exported files with advertising partners for advertising purposes.
You control any files you export or share outside a Covered App through your device or other apps. Once you share a file, the receiving service’s privacy practices will apply.
We may share limited information with service providers only when needed to operate, secure, measure, support, or improve their services, or when required by applicable law.
6. Ads, Analytics, and Tracking
A Covered App may display advertising now or in a future version. When advertising, analytics, or related service providers are included, they may collect or receive limited technical data such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers where available, IP address or approximate location derived from it, app interaction data, ad views, ad clicks, diagnostic data, and similar information.
These providers may use this data to deliver and measure ads, limit ad frequency, prevent fraud, provide security, generate reporting, and meet legal or platform requirements. They handle data under their own privacy policies and applicable platform requirements.
Before a Covered App begins using a new advertising or analytics service that changes its data practices, we will update the relevant Google Play disclosures, including the Ads declaration and Data safety section, as required.
7. Data Storage and Retention
Content and settings created in the Covered Apps are stored locally on your device. StickMe stores stickers and sticker packs locally. PDF Toolkit stores locally created PDFs and related app records on your device; documents you open from another location remain subject to the storage rules of that location.
We do not operate a cloud account system for the Covered Apps in the current version, so we do not retain your app content on our servers. Advertising or analytics providers, if used, may retain technical data under their own policies.
8. Deleting Your Data
You can delete stickers, sticker packs, PDFs, signatures, and other app-created content using the relevant app features or your device’s file and photo-management tools. You can also delete exported files from the location to which you saved them. Uninstalling an app may remove app-local data from your device, depending on your Android system settings and backup configuration.

9. Security
We use standard Android platform features to process and store app data locally. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and you should protect your device with appropriate device security settings.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Covered Apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and respond.
11. International Users
The Covered Apps are intended for users in multiple regions. Because the core features work locally and do not require an account, we do not intentionally transfer your app content to our servers. Third-party advertising or analytics providers, if used, may process technical data as described in Section 6.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when a Covered App adds features, advertising, analytics, or other services that change our data practices. If we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Your continued use of a Covered App after an update means you accept the updated policy.
